Jessica Alba catches up with actress pal Jaime King at The Art of Elysium’s 3rd Annual Black Tie “Heaven” Charity Gala on Saturday (January 16) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jaime killed it on the carpet with a Burberry Prorsum lavender blue silk dress.

Jessica, who toted around a Ferragamo clutch, brought along her entrepreneur husband Cash Warren, who tweeted at the event, “At Art of Elysium – said black tie on the invite yet I’m the only sucker that listened. Typical.”

Trey Songz Talks His First Headlining Tour, Which Launches Today

Jaunt with Mario, Day26, Sean Garrett runs through Halloween.

Following the release of his third album, Ready, and a warm-up gig in New York that had female audience members screaming, Trey Songz is headlining his first national tour, which launches today (September 29).

“The tour starts in Los Angeles with me, Day26, Mario and Sean Garrett [on most dates],” Songz said of the jaunt, which concludes on October 31. “It’s my first headlining tour so I’m really excited.”

Trey released “Ready” earlier this month, and though he’s released several singles from the album already (including “I Need A Girl,” “I Invented Sex” and “LOL :+),” his most popular track thus far, “Successful,” featuring Drake, is still in heavy rotation.

” ‘Successful’ didn’t start off being that big, so to see it on Drake’s EP and my album is great,” Songz said. “We’ve been working with each other for last four years, so to start when we started and be where we are now together is a great feeling.”

Still, with three tracks on the radio, choosing the next video won’t be easy.

“We’re getting everything ready for the videos now,” he said. ” ‘LOL :+)’ is working well right now, ‘I Invented Sex’ is playing, ‘Successful’ is still playing with Drake. What’s the definite next single? We’ll let the people decide.”

Songz also taped a performance with Warren G for the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors ceremony last week, and he can’t wait for the show to air on October 13.

“I’m excited!” he said. ” ‘Regulate’ was one of my favorite records [when I was] coming up, so to perform with Warren G on Hip Hop Honors, something I’ve been watching for the past couple years, is a great experience.”
