This morning, Team Kate Gosselin got an email from the camp representing Jon Gosselin.

He has just acquired the $152,000 he was ordered to repay to their joint account. During their hearing, the judge ordered that Jon wire the money to Kate’s lawyers, but that hasn’t been done yet.

Hope he didn’t put a check in the mail as Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian, revealed that if he gets the money today, he’ll cancel the court hearing on Monday.

Ah, what does Jon care? If he goes to court again that means more time with the paparazzi. We’re sure he misses his pals!

Next on the agenda will be the hearing about the $55,000 Jon has accused Kate of taking out of the joint account. We’re betting she has receipts for every use of that money!

Kate Gosselin Files for Spousal & Child Support

Kate Gosselin Files for Spousal & Child Support

Kate Gosselin from Jon & Kate Plus 8 pumps gas in on Saturday (October 10) in Penn.

The mother-of-8 has filed for child and spousal support after Jon Gosselin allegedly took over $200,000 from their joint bank account.

“She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes,” said Mark Momjian, one of the divorce attorneys. The application for support was filed around the time that a petition was filed for Jon to return the money.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Kate Gosselin’s Lawyer Says Jon Has Income Coming In From Other Sources

In an exclusive interview Kate Gosselin’s lawyer, Mark Momjian tells RadarOnline.com that they believe Jon Gosselin is earning money from sources other than his hit TLC program, Jon & Kate Plus 8.

And Kate intends to go after a share of it, after Jon allegedly raided the couple’s joint bank account of $230,000, and left Kate with no money to support her children and pay the bills.

Kate’s Lawyer To Jon: Suck It!

gosselinsss__opt1.jpg

There’s no turning back now! The gloves are off and now everyone has a lawyer to speak their minds.

While Jon Gosselin dragged his on to Larry King Live last night to make sure that Jon’s arguments sounded valid and sincere (they didn’t, but we digress), Kate Gosselin’s representation has come forward and was on the Today show to put the slam down on Jon. He appeared on the show alone, since Kate had to care for the children.

You remember doing that, don’t you Jon?

Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian, first and foremost, would like jon to know that the chances of him halting the production of their reality show all together is unlikely:

“These parties entered into an agreement once the divorce action was filed that allowed each parent – who had physical custody of the children – to make the filming decisions when the children were with them. When the children are with Kate, Jon agreed that Kate would make the filming decisions involving the kids.”

And since the show has been renamed Kate Plus Eight, we think it is better that way! Mark was also asked about Kate and her relationship with her estranged husband and he admits that she “really does want to engage Jon, it’s just that he’s not engaging her back. And that’s really regrettable in any custody case.”

That we don’t much believe. She puts on a good front for the cameras, which we commend her for, but behind the scenes, we are sure she is a bitter bitch in terms of Jon.

Mark reveals that Kate has every intention to continue on with the show as long as TLC wants and as for Jon and his “epiphany” about unhealthy this lifestyle is for his kids:

“This is less about a change of heart and more about a change of strategy on Jon’s part.”

We couldn’t agree more.

Kate Gosselin Wants Child and Spousal Support From Jon

Kate Gosselin really knows where to hit a guy where it hurts—right in the wallet.

“She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes.”

Jon Gosselin Still Hasn’t Paid Up

Hey, you know how Jon Gosselin claimed that he’d paid back all of the money that he secretly withdrew from the joint bank account that he shares with estranged wife Kate Gosselin, after being ordered to do so by a judge?
Well, not so fast on that.
According to Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian, the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad has only returned $28,500 of the $180,000 he was ordered to give back. Which leaves him with, oh, about $151,500 to go if he wants to avoid a contempt-of-court charge.
Momjian tells Us Magazine,
“The only proof of money we received is $28,500…
