Late night funny girl Chelsea Handler serves up some movie theater snacks to 13 year-old actress Abigail Breslin in a cheeky fashion photo spread for the April 2010 issue of Harper’s Bazaar (with Demi Moore on the cover).

Abigail poses as the “Hollywood brat,” while Chelsea stars as her overwhelmed “publicist.” Here’s what Chelsea shared:

On Hollywood publicists: “Sometimes the publicists are worse than the star. They really are delusional. That’s why when I hired a publicist, I was like, I never want the type who is going to be such a pain in the ass and treats people terribly.”

On her dad, who she exploits in her latest book “Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang”: “[My father] likes to have any attention, whether it’s negative or positive. He is pretty much under the correct impression that he has no say in anything I do and that my childhood was humiliating enough. So it’s payback time. If he tried to sue me, he’d have to borrow money from me to sue me.”

On working out: “[Sometimes] I’m running and get passed by a 70-year-old woman with a better body. I can’t be skinny all the time. I like to drink and I like to eat. I like burgers and bagels.”

Russian billionaire spends $52,000 for lunch in NYC

There must have been some good pasta – Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich splashed out over $52,000 on a single meal at an Italian restaurant!

The 43-year-old, who is best known for owning English football club Chelsea, reserved a table for six at Nello’s, a high-end New York eatery.

After a delicious lunch with his partner Dasha (28), son Arkady (16) and three business friends, the group received a bill that would have hit most people like a slap to the face.

It came to $47,221.09, and the standard New York tip of 20 per cent was $7,328.20! And to avoid coming across as stingy, Abramovich, who is worth $8.5 billion, left an additional $5,000 for his waiter.

All together, he splashed out $52,221.09 on the meal.

At $195 the Tagliolini pasta with rare white truffles were not the most expensive item on the table by a long shot. The real costs came from the drinks which the group downed in 79 minutes, the costs of which are a bit hard to swallow – three bottles of French ‘La Tâche Romanée’ wine, two bottles of Château Petrus, and two bottles of ‘Roederer Cristal Rosé’-Champagner – $5,000 each.

How much Roman’s girlfriend Dasha actually drank of that is unclear. She is seven months pregnant with their first child together.

What We Know (So Far) About Anderson Cooper’s Boyfriend

As we mentioned earlier his name is Benjamin Maisani and he is the co-owner of gay bar Eastern Bloc. The 36 year old is smart, he’s sweet, and he loves to work out. Sounds like a big gay catch.

Nearly everyone who talks about Maisani—whose real name is Antoine—mentions what a nice guy he is. He and spends a lot of time working out at the Crunch on Lafayette newly-opened David Barton Gym on Astor Place—someone even said “obsessively”—and is frequently spotted spotting Andy himself while doing squats. He likes horror movies, is an amateur photographer, and doesn’t go out much, other than the work at his own bar. He broke up with his last boyfriend last winter and started dating Cooper shortly thereafter. We can’t pinpoint exactly when, but most people seem to think it was about eight months ago. The gossip is that the couple are planning to buy (or have already bought) a converted firehouse on West 3rd Street together.

Maisani (on the right in the photo above, taken at Eastern Bloc), who comes from an upper-middle-class Parisian family, came to New York in 1995 to study film for a year, and ended up staying until now. He was a valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 when he graduated from Hunter College in 2000 with a B.A. in art history. He then worked in a museum, but was attracted to the nightlife by the more leisurely hours.

He started tending bar with Gabriel Beaton and Darren Dryden at Barracuda, a popular gay haunt in Chelsea. Legend has it that they found the old Wonder Bar space on E Sixth Street for sale on Craigslist and decided to pool their money together and open their own bar. Eastern Bloc opened in 2005 and is often packed with the sort of hip fashionable gays that hang out in the East Village. It is done up with lots of homoerotic communist propaganda and achieves a vibe somewhere between shabby chic and camp, with stools spray-painted with the words “Mary” and “hooker” on the seat. On the weekends, the small divey joint (that used to have dozens of men’s briefs hanging from the ceiling) is often so packed that it’s hard to make your way through. They have an especially hip party called Good Times on Wednesday night that attracts a crowd of gay hipsters living it up on a school night.

Chelsea Handler And Her Boss Rekindle Their Love In New Jersey

Last month, it was reported that Chelsea Handler quit her boyfriend/boss Ted Harbert. The story went that Chelsea put his ass on the curb and he was forced to live in a hotel. Ted probably poked Chelsea in the wrong hole and bitch wasn’t having it. You know how that goes. Well, apparently Ted has done right again by Chelsea’s pikachu, because the two were spotted being all couple-like at the Borgota in Atlantic City.

Chelsea was there to perform three shows and Ted was seen in the audience at one of them. A source told Page Six that they shared a room together and were even seen eating in public (ESCANDALO), “They were inseparable and did everything together.” EVERYTHING? Well, they must be in love again if they are going caca times and barfing up last night’s vodka together.

This is good news since I was afraid that Ted might fire Chelsea from E! the way she fired him from her vagina. Because if Chelsea’s show was off of E!, they would total give Kourtney Kardashian her own talk show and that would make all of our Tivos commit mass suicide.
