In an exclusive interview Kate Gosselin‘s lawyer, Mark Momjian tells RadarOnline.com that they believe Jon Gosselin is earning money from sources other than his hit TLC program, Jon & Kate Plus 8.

And Kate intends to go after a share of it, after Jon allegedly raided the couple’s joint bank account of $230,000, and left Kate with no money to support her children and pay the bills.
