Stephanie Pratt Was Just Over The Legal Limit

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt had quite the eventful weekend. The 23-year-old was busted for a DUI early Sunday morning after a wild night at Hollywood club Empire.
The star was pulled over shortly after getting her car from the valet and was questioned by authorities and taken into custody.
And it was a close one, apparently, as Steph blew a .08 and .09 during her two breathalizer tests. The legal limit in California is .08.
Maybe if she hadn’t lost all that weight she would have gotten off. Just sayin’!
