Adult Swim just renewed Robot Chicken for another 2 seasons, resulting in an unheard of order for 40 episodes!

“It’s kind of amazing,” said co-creator, Seth Green. “We never expected to do a second season, let alone a fifth and sixth. We’re really busy, but we’re still having a lot of fun making it.”

Seth and his co-creator Matthew Senreich serve as exec producers and continue to write for the show.

Adam Sandler appeared on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien last night and revealed that he was fired from Saturday Night Live along with the late Chris Farley!

“I did get fired also. Back in the day,” Sandler admitted. “Nobody wanted to tell me the truth that I was getting fired.”

Apparently his manager suggested he look for something else, but Sandler wanted to stay at SNL because “it was fun there. And then all of a sudden Farley ran into my office and is like, ‘We’re getting fired!’ Me and him got fired.”

Sandler reassured Conan that his future could be bright in Hollywood and that they could star in movies together like Fire Crotch and Super Jew and Dude, Where’s My Show?

In the aftermath of her turbulent relationship with Beat-Her-Down, Rihanna has finally found a steady guy in Dodgers player Matt Kemp.

Although, he might be trouble!

According to the baseball player’s ex, Felisha Terrell, she filed a restraining order against him in June 2008 due to his violent behavior.

“He is violent and I am afraid. He repeatedly made me scared and gets in my face. He is threatening to take all the items I purchased and try to destroy my property,” said Terrell. “He brings his friends driving up and down the street to try and intimidate me. I am very fearful. He has other people calling me and stalking me.”

WTF?! We hope this still isn’t going on!

She also claims that Matt was “kicked out of a club for fighting with a woman – I am afraid his behaviour will turn towards me since we are no longer dating.”

It has been confirmed that Rob Lowe will be leaving his ABC gig Brothers & Sisters at the end of this season.

Sources say that the actor felt like he was being “underutilized and asked to be released from his contact.” Course, the same source says that Rob would behappy to come back if they gave him his own series to headline.

That’s pretty low, Rob. Leaving them in the lurch in hopes they give you your own show!

Kanye West was not invited to participate in George Clooney’s telethon fundraiser for the earthquake victims in Haiti due to his bad reputation.

One of the producers explained:

“After what he said on the Katrina telethon and the way he behaved at the MTV Video Music Awards, everyone agrees it’s just best that he does not participate.

“Kanye has to make everything about himself. He will do anything to steal the spotlight and, well, this night it’s just not about him.”

We can’t say we blame them!

Sounds like ‘Nye has his work cut out for him to redeem himself!

If you don’t know what Pants on The Ground is, you probably don’t watch American Idol and this is your first time on the Internet in a week.

The man behind the music, “General” Larry Platt, has seen his little diddy become an overnight sensation. What he hasn’t seen is a dime for any of the parodies and remixes he’s heard of his song.

Since he has written the greatest song ever created about pants being on the ground (his words), he thinks he deserves to be paid. Thus, he is lawyering up in hopes of catching what little dough is left to made off of the craze.

Hurry up, before some other freak gets on Idol and sings something funnier! There is always another crazy waiting in the wings to steal the limelight!

Now that his 31-year-old son Cameron is in federal prison after being arrested on drug charges, Michael Douglas admits that he was attempt at fatherhood was a big fat FAIL!

“I’ll assume whatever responsibilities I have to,” said Michael. “Would it have been better to have been around more? Absolutely. There were absences, and I was no angel.”

It’s a little late for Cameron as he’s facing a possible life sentence for dealing crystal meth!

“Cameron has a lot of life ahead,” Douglas continued. “He now recognizes his own demons and struggles.” But, he goes on to say that his son is a “tough kid,” considering “he’s in a federal prison, and you’ve got some big, bad boys down there.”

Yikes!

And because the elderly movie star is pumped full of Viagra, he’s got a 6-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son that he can do better with!

“I’m not so concerned about my career,” said Michael of why things are different with his other childrenz. “I see the confidence my kids have got versus the struggle for confidence that I had or that Cameron might have dealt with.”

YAY!  It is finally over.  Conan has finally negotiated a exit deal for mega mega moolah.  Enough to feed a small third world country for a while ;-)  NBC has confirmed finally: "a deal is signed and an official announcement will be made this morning."   Terms of the deal Conansay will walk away with $45 Million.  Conan also fought to get his staff a good settlement as well "In the end, Conan was appreciative of the steps NBC made to take care of his staff and crew and decided to supplement the severance they were getting out of his own pocket," 

Additionally Conan will be able to start a new show by September 1st, 2010.  Conan’s last show is this  Friday.
